板料成形压边力智能控制技术

摘    要:为实现对多点变压边力(VBHF)的精确控制,从而保障液压机板料成形生产质量,优化板料成形工艺,提出了实现智能VBHF预测和控制的液压系统.根据模具几何参数、毛坯几何参数、材料性能参数、工艺参数等提出了基于BP神经网络的智能VBHF预测模型.讨论了VBHF液压回路响应特性改善和智能控制技术,采用智能自适应方法实现VBHF比例积分微分控制精度补偿.仿真和实验结果表明该方法能够有效地实现板料成形VBHF的预测及智能控制,为智能多点VBHF液压机的设计提供理论依据.
