| 摘 要： | 不受制约的权力必将导致腐败，因此，权力必须受到监督和制约，我们应从我国目前的情况出发，发挥党内监督，法律监督、群众监督和舆论监督的作用，加强对领导干部的权力监督，以期减少腐败现象的发生。

| Abstract: | The unrestrained power will inevitably lead to corruption. Therefore, power must be supervised and restricted. Expounding the importance of supervision by the party, supervision by the law, supervision by the masses, and supervision by the media, we should strengthen the supervision of the power of leading cadres, and decrease the phenomena of corruption. |
