摘    要:辅导员肩负了大学生思想政治教育、综合素质培养、职业指导、心理辅导和日常管理的职责。在当前高职院校突破传统培养模式,紧密契合行业企业需求和学生个性化发展,凸显管理育人、文化育人、校企合作育人地位的大背景下,优化辅导员知识结构,鼓励大学生知识结构自主组合与个性化发展,构筑优秀校园文化是高校须持续重视、探索和实践的一项重要工作。

Abstract:Instructors assume responsibilities for college students' ideological and political education, comprehensive quality cultivation, occupational instruction and psychological counseling as well as daily management, etc. Against the background of breaking the traditional training pattern in current high vocational Institutes, closely integrating industry and enterprise requirements and students' individuation development and showing the position of management, culture and cooperation between colleges and enterprises, it is an important mission to be highly valued, explored and fulfilled by colleges and universities to optimize instructors' knowledge structure, encourage college students' independent combination and individuation development of knowledge structure and build excellent campus culture.
