元认知策略与大学英语写作的实证研究

摘    要:随着现代教育的改革,多媒体教学成为大学英语教学中重要的手段之一。元认知策略重视学生的自我监控、自我评估,被认为是学习中的一种高层次执行技巧。文章在元认知策略理论指导下,进行了元认知策略与英语写作的相关性的实证研究,并用SPSS软件对实验数据进行分析,实验结果证明:元认知策略的使用确能显著提高英语学习者的写作能力。

Abstract:With the development of the modem technology, multimedia has become one of the most important means in English teaching. Setting great store for self-monitoring and evaluation, meta-cognitive strategy is viewed as an advanced executive technique in learning process. Under the guidance of metacognition, this study aims to explore the correlation between metacognitive strategy and English writing in an empirical way. The research shows that the meta-cOgnitive strategy training and its application does remarkably improve college students' performance in English writing.
