城市客运结构评价体系及评价方法

根据系统分析原理和城市客运结构特性,从交通功能、经济效益、环境效益三方面建立了城市客运结构综合评价指标体系,探讨了不同交通方式特征指标的量化方法。根据最大效用理论与灰色系统理论的关联度原理,提出了城市现状客运结构与局部最优客运结构贴近度概念。依据3个不同子目标在综合评价中影响程度不同,通过加权计算,得到城市客运结构的综合评价模型。结合西安城市客运结构现状进行了实证分析,结果表明,该评价方法简便实用。

Evaluation indices and model of urban passenger transport system

According to the characteristics of urban passenger transport structure, the evaluation indices were constructed from three aspects: the traffic function, economy benefit and environment benefit, the definition method of evaluation indices in differ traffic mode was presented. Based on the correlation degree of gray system theory, the concept and synthesis evaluation model of correlation degree between the existed urban passenger transport structure and local-optimization structure were put forward, the weights of indices were calculated by AHP method. This method was applied in evaluating the passenger transport structure of Xi'an cily, and the results indicated that the evaluation method is easy to calculate and is accord with the practice condition.
