高效节能烟叶烘烤炉研制

摘    要:对目前广泛使用的外置式烟叶烘烤炉增设了可喷射强力助燃剂的雾化装置,模拟燃烧试验结果表明:该烘烤炉高效节能,减少了不完全燃烧损失,提高了炉温,解决了烘烤炉升温缓慢,炉温难以控制的难题,有利于烟叶烘烤工艺的准确实施。

Abstract:The improvement of the external tobacco drying off oven which is used widely at present is introduced. Atomization plant of injecting brute force burning rate accelerator is attached to the new oven. The result of the simulative combustion test shows that the new oven is high efficient. It can reinforce combustion, save energy, decrease loss of incomplete combustion, and lift temperature of the oven, which solves the problem that the temperature of the former oven lifts slowly and is controlled difficultly. The new oven is also useful to carry out burning off industrial art of tobacco exactly.
