摘    要:速比调节规律是无级变速器控制的主要依据之一,是发挥无级变速器优越传动性能的基础.本文在发动机试验数据的基础上,求解了发动机的最佳经济性和最佳动力性运行曲线.结合拖拉机的工作特点,研究了拖拉机无级变速器的最佳经济性和最佳动力性速比调节规律,设计了速比调节控制器.建立了发动机传动系统的数值模型和仿真模型,并以最佳经济性速比调节规律为例,应用Matlab/simulink软件进行了仿真试验,仿真结果证明了调速规律的有效性.

Abstract:Transmission ratio regulation law is one of the basis of continously variable transmission(CVT) control. Based on this,CVT may exert its eminent performance.This paper researches the optimal elonomy, optimal power operafion curve,and the operational ratio regulation law of CVT mounted on tractor which is based on the experimental data of diesel engine of tractor.A ratio controller for both ratio regulation laws is designed.Ratio regulation law and control are validated by simulation with Matlab/Simulink.
