轴承磨削多目标模糊优化设计

摘    要:本文论述轴承磨削的多目标模糊优化设计原理和方法。设计变量有工件速度、砂轮速度和进给量(v_W、v_(?)和 f_r);目标函数是生产率和加工成本;约束条件包括机床功率、工件表面粗糙度和烧伤、砂轮耐用度以及工艺参数 v_W、v_(?)和 f_r 的极限取值范围。优化中,首先用某些隶属函数将设计变量、约束条件和目标函数模糊化;然后用模糊数学把多目标优化转化为单目标优化;最后以 SUMT 法进行数值求解。研究表明:在轴承磨削中,选用最优设计变量,不仅能满足加工质量要求,而且还可使生产率的提高和加工成本的降低均达2倍以上。

Abstract:The principle and method of the multiple-target fuzzy optimum design of grinding bearingelements are discussed in this paper.Design variables consist of work and wheel velocity and feed(v_W,v_(?) and f_r);target functions of productivity and operating costs;and constrained conditions ofpower of a machinetool,surface roughness and burning of a work,durability of a wheel,and limitson technological parameters(v_W,v_(?) and f_r).In optimizing,first design variables,target functionsand constrained conditions are hazed with some subordinative functions,then the multiple-target op-timization is translated into the single-target one by use of fuzzy mathematics,and lastly the numeri-cal solution is evaluated by SUMT.The research shows that selection and application of optimum de-sign variables can not only meet the machining quality but also raise productivity and reduce operat-ing costs by a factor of 2 and over.
