| 摘 要： | 医学编辑的能力直接影响医学期刊的质量与水平,在数字化、国际化、全媒体出版的新时代下,医学期刊面临各方面的冲击.医学编辑应充分发挥自身的积极性、主动性和创新性,在掌握医学知识和专业技能,熟悉网络和软件应用,提高英语和统计水平,培养科研和创新能力及综合素质提升等方面强化培养,努力成为复合型人才,更好地为医学期刊的健康发展奠定基础.

| Abstract: | Medical editors＇ ability directly affect the quality and level of medical periodicals, in the new era of digitization, internationalization and federated media publishing, medical periodicals are facing impact of various aspects. Medical editors should give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, strengthen to master medical knowledge and professional skills, familiar with network and software application, improve the levels of English and statistics, cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability and promotion the comprehensive quality, etc, strive to become inter-disciplinary talents, and lay a better foundation for the healthy development of medical periodicals. |
