| 摘 要： | 脂质体介导的转染法是一种高效、对外源核酸的大小无限制、可在体内外进行转染的外源核酸进入真核细胞的重要技术.分析了脂质体作为基因载体的优点、组成及作用机制,结合实验结果对制备脂质体的超声波分散法、逆相蒸发法、二次乳化法做了比较分析.
