口碑传播:企业营销的有效举措

摘    要:“口碑”是指消费因对某种产品或服务感到满意而进行称颂、传播。口碑传播对象多为近期有意购买同类产品或服务的亲戚、朋友及熟人。口碑运作方式为向已消费一定金额的消费(而未享用竞品)赠送“购买推荐卡”,并由其将卡赠送给亲戚、朋友、邻居等熟知的人。受赠人可持“购买推荐卡”购买产品或享用服务,获得优惠。利用口碑传播,企业可以以少量的市场运作资金来博取较大的产品销售额和利润。

Abstract:The term of "public praise" refers to the consumers's praises and propagations of some products and services . The objects of "public praise" propagation are the relatives and friends of the propagator with the desires of buying the same kinds products or services recently. A consumer who has purchased special sums of products or services could get three "recommendation cards" . The consumer cards might be presented freely to the relatives, friends and neighborhoods by the consumers. The cards's holder could get discount when purchasing products or services. By "public praise" propagation enterprises obtain more sales and profits with less capital.
