CT血管成像(CTA)对头部血管性病变的临床应用价值

目的:探讨CT血管成像(CTA)对头部血管性病变的临床应用价值.方法:对30例脑血管病患者进行常规头颅CT平扫加CTA检查,并对其图像进行对比分析.结果:头颅CT平扫表现为颅内出血8例,蛛网膜下腔出血14例,正常8例.而CTA检查显示动脉瘤16例,动静脉畸形6例,动脉狭窄4例,动脉硬化1例,正常3例.结论:CTA可做为脑血管疾病的诊断和介入治疗筛选的方法,尤其可做为脑动脉瘤和动静脉畸形所致蛛网膜下腔出血的首选检查方法.

Clinically Practical Value of CTA for Diagnosis of Intracranial Angionosis

Objective:To study the clinically practical value of CT angiography(CTA) for diagnosis of intracranial angionosis.Methods:Comparative analysis of images between cranial plain CT scan and CTA for 30 cases of cerebrovascular disease.Results:Among the 30 cases,8 cases were diagnosed as intracranial hemorrhage,14 cases as subarachnoid hemorrhage and 8 cases as normality by plain CT scan.But for the same cases,16 cases were diagnosed as aneurysm,6 cases as arteriovenous malformation,4 cases as arteriostemosis,1 case as arteriosclerosis and 3 cases as normality.Conclusion:CTA can be taken as a screening technique for diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases and interventional treatment.It also can be taken as a examination method of first choice for subarachnoid hemorrhage resulting from aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation.
