CFRP加固钢筋混凝土简支梁桥的设计计算

摘    要:由于碳纤维受力过程中特有的线弹性性质,粘贴加固计算时需判断加固截面的应变状态。结合某钢筋混凝土简支T形桥梁粘贴碳纤维片加固设计,应用碳纤维片加固受弯构件正截面强度计算公式,介绍了该公式在加固设计及强度复核中的应用方法及注意事项。加固前后的荷载试验结果表明,粘贴碳纤维片可大大提高主梁的抗弯刚度,增加主梁的承载潜力,有效抑制了混凝土的开裂。

Abstract:Due to the unique linear-elastic characteristics of CFRP materials in stressed process, the strain state of the strengthened section should be determined during strengthening calculation. In order to help designers to master the method of strengthening design, combining with application of CFRP to strengthen a simply-supported reinforced concrete bridge with T-beam and applying the formulas for strength calculation of cross section of flexural components strengthened with CFRP sheets, the application method and points for attention for basic formulas in strengthening design and strength check are presented. Meanwhile, based on experimental researches, the coefficients for design are introduced to better understand the formulas. The load test results indicate that T-beam strengthened with CFRP can not only enhance its stiffness and reduce the width of cracks, but also increase its load-bearing capacity.
