| Abstract: | This paper gives the definition of autonomous learning,analyzes the obstacles that block the way to autonomous learning,and discusses the importance of autonomous learning.Then it further explores the learning strategies on improving the autonomous learning competence of students in English language teaching,which can help to build up a firm foundation for their life-long study and continuous development. |
