| Abstract: | To develop human resources is to enhance the development of society and the self development of man. The development of human resources needs ideological and political education as well as intelligent education.The developmental functions of the ideological and political education are displayed in the stimulation of self development of human resources and influence on the strength and direction of the development of human resources.They can also supply people with correct world outlook and methodology so as to make full use of human intelligence. |
