| 摘 要： | 本文报道了大花紫露草(Tradescantia virginiana L.)(鸭跖草科)的体细胞染色体数目,并对其核型进行了分析.结果表明,该种的染色体为2n=4x=24=20m+4sm未见端和近端着丝点染色体,也未见随体染色体.染色体属于对称型.

| Abstract: | The result of karyotypic analysis for the species of Tradescantia virginiana L.is reported.The number of chromosome in root-tip cell of species is found to be 24,agreeing with what was reported by Darlington.In the light of the chromosomal terminology defined by Levan et al., the karyotype formula of T.virginiana L.is 2n=4x=24=20m+4sm.The karyotype shows explicitly to be symmetrical.This Photomicrographs of the chromosome complements and idiogram of the karyotype are also given. |
