| 摘 要： | 报道了用温度振荡法(TOM)进行碘化汞(HgI_2)大单晶体的生长过程。并对晶体的形态、结构、化学配比和位错密度等进行了研究,结果表明,TOM是生长大尺寸优质HgI_2单晶体的有效方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper the growth process of HgI2 crystal by modified Temperature Oscillation Method(TOM) is reported. During the experiment, we measured crystal perfection, crystal structure, stoichiometry ratio and dislocation density.The results suggest that TOM be an excellent method for producing qualified HgI2 single crystal. |
