| 摘 要： | 采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）比色法测定中药复方靓肤口服液对细胞增殖的影响；以左旋多巴为底物测定靓肤口服液对酪氨酸酶活性的作用；比色法测定合成黑色素含量．研究发现一定浓度的靓肤口服液对小鼠B-16黑色素瘤细胞株细胞增殖、黑色素合成及对细胞内酪氨酸酶均有明显的抑制作用，说明其对黄褐斑等色素障碍性皮肤病可能有一定的治疗作用． |

| Abstract: | MTT was used to study the proliferation of B-16 murine melanoma cells; the tyrosinase activity was measured by the utilization of L-Dopa as the substrate; and the melanin was detected by its absorption at 470nm. Different concentration of Liangfu Decoction could do adverse affection to above aspects. With increase of the concentration , the proliferation, tyrosinase activity of these cells and melanin production are inhibited evidently. It was conclued that Chinese medicinal had some effects on the treatment of colour blocking dermatosis such as melasma. |
