| 摘 要： | 水力机械过流部件的磨蚀是我国多泥沙河流上运行的机组普遍存在的工程问题，致使过流部件严重损坏，机组频繁检修。本文采用磁致伸缩仪对材料进行了磨蚀试验，测定了不同含沙浓度、不同振幅工况下材料的质量损失量，探讨了黄河沙对材料磨蚀的影响及振幅对材料磨蚀的影响。

| Abstract: | Abrasion is an engineering problem of the hydraulic machinary used in the sediment laden flow in our country,which makes the units overhaul more frequently and water carrying parts damaged grievously.The material abrasion test has been conducted by using a magnetostriction apparatus.By altering the concentration and the amplitude of vibratory horn,mass loss of steel A3 specimen is messured and the effects of Yellow River sand and amplitude on abrasion are discussed. |
