| 摘 要： | 用尿素催化氯乙酸和氯化亚砜反应合成氯乙酰氯，通过正交设计对其合成条件进行了探讨，系统考察了原料配比、温度、时间以及催化剂等因素对产率的影响，提出了最佳合成工艺条件，并通过实验得到了验证。

| Abstract: | A new process has developed to synthesize chloroacetyl chloride from monochloroacetic acid and thionyl chloride by catalysis of urea,by testing the functions of the materials proportion,temperature,time,polyethylene glycol and so on.The optimum reaction conditions have been found by orthogonal experimental design. |
