摘    要:目的:探讨对时序试验资料的药效进行综合评价的统计学方法。方法:以给药后时间为横坐标,病变抑制率为纵坐标作时间-药效关系曲线,以曲线下面积作为药效综合评价指标。并结合实例与各时点变化率进行比较。结果:用时效曲线下面积综合评价时序试验资料较用各时点的变化率更为合理,它既考虑了药物作用的最大效应,也考虑到药效随时间的变化和作用持续时间,有助于全面分析评价药物的作用强度。结论:该方法可用于时序试验资料的综合评价,尤其是正交设计中的时序试验资料。

Abstract:Aim: To study on statistical method for comprehensive evaluation of pharmacodynamic data with time-sequential relationship. Methods: Area under the curve of time-effect relationship in the chart with time along the horizontal axis versus inhibition rate of pathological changes along the vertical axis is applied as an indicator for comprehensive evaluation of drug efficacy in line with comparison of the variation rate at different time points in real cases. Results: In terms of comprehensive evaluation of experimental data with time-sequential relationship, area under the curve of time-effect relationship is a more logical indictor than variation rate at different points in time since it does not only consider the maximal response of drug action but also considers the efficacy varying with time as well as the duration of action, which facilitates the overall analysis and evaluation of the intensity of drug action. Conclusion: This method can be applied to the experimental data with time-sequential relationship for comprehensive evaluation, especially the data with time- sequential relation in orthogonal designs.
