摘    要:目的:为了了解泌尿系结石形成的机理,观察一水草酸钙(COM)晶体在纯水和NaCl溶液模拟体系中的聚集行为。方法:利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察COM的生长和聚集。结果:在纯水中,COM叉生聚集,其(101)晶面受到制约,以(010)晶面外延生长;而在NaCl溶液中,COM以族合形成聚集,COM原有的晶面未受影响,因而(101)晶面生长较快。结论:NaCl溶液中COM晶体的簇合聚集接近人体结石中草酸钙晶体的聚集形态,研究COM晶体的聚集方式有助于了解泌尿系统石形成的机理,为结石症的研究提供新的思维方式。

Abstract:Aim:The aggregation of the crystals of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) was studied in pure aqueous and NaCl solutions in order to understand the mechanism for formation of calculi in urinary system. Methods: studying growth and aggregation of COM crystals using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Results: COM aggregated as fork crystals in pure aqueous solution. The growth rate of (1-01) crystal face of COM was restricted while the (010) crystal face grew. In NaCl solution, COM aggregated as cluster crystals. Its (1-01) crystal face extended. Conclusion:The cluster crystals precipitated in the NaCl solution are similar to calculi in the urinary system in human bodies. The investigation of aggregation behavior of COM in mimetic systems is helpful for understanding the formation of calculi in urinary system, thus leading to a new idea in the research of lithiasis.
