| 摘 要： | 目的：了解眼镜蛇毒灌胃后的兔血清(serum of rabbit taking orally cobra venom，SRCV)对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的影响。方法：采用体外细胞培养的方法，观察SRCV对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞及人胚肺成纤维细胞的细胞毒作用，及对细胞生长和分裂指数的影响。结果：发现SRCV能够明显抑制鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的生长，且其抑制效应随剂量的增加而增加，但该血清对正常人胚肺成纤维细胞的生长却没有明显影响。结论：SRCV对鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用，并且有高度的选择性。 |

| Abstract: | To study effect of the serum of rabbit taking orally cobra venom (SRCV) on human nasopharyngeal cancer CNE-2 cell line. Methods: Using the method of culturing out-body cells in vitro, we observed the change of cytotoxicity, cells growth and division rate of CNE-2 cell line and human fetal lung fibroblast after treated with the SRCV. Results: SRCV can obviously inhibit the growth of (CNE-2) cells and its inhibitive effects increase when the dosage increases, whereas the serum can not inhibit the growth of the human fetal lung fibroblast. Conclusion: SRCV inhibited the growth of human nasopharyngeal cancer CNE-2 cell line, which is high selectivity. |
