摘    要:通过对比实验,讨论了培养基中各种组分对庆大霉素合成与分泌的影响;由此确定了静息细胞培养基的配比,并应用此系统考察了影响庆大霉素合成的因素。结果表明:培养温度为34℃、添加适量次级代谢物、体系内硫酸锰浓度为500mg/L及每升添加0.020mL的Tween20都肥促进庆大霉素的合成。

Abstract:Through comparative experiments, the concentration of each ingredient in the resting cell medium was determined, and their influences on the synthesis and secretion of gentamicin(GM) were also discussed. Some factors affecting gentamicin biosynthesis were studied by using this system. The results showed that the biosynthesis of GM was promoted when the temperature was controlled at 34°C and some secondary metabolites, 50mg/L MnSO4 or 0.02mL Tween20 per liter were supplemented.
