摘    要:将过程性教学的考量因素应用到评价指标,通过建立多层次模糊综合评价模型,对高校教师的教学效果进行评价.在建立模型过程中,利用了结合专家咨询的层次分析法(AHP)确定了多层次指标集的权重,在模糊评价模型中采用激励算子对评价结果进行合成.算例结果表明,该模型可信、可靠.

Abstract:It is a good method to evaluate the teaching effects of the teachers in university, by putting the factor of teaching process into the use of evaluation index, and constructing a multi - level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) model in the evaluation. In the process of constructing the model, using of combining with the consulting ex- perts and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of multi -level index set, in a fuzzy evalu- ation model of the evaluation results by incentive operator synthesis. Numerical example results show that the model is credible and reliable.
