微波辐射催化合成乙酰水杨酸

摘    要:在微波辐射下以碳酸氢钠为催化剂合成乙酰水杨酸,考察了影响反应的主要因素,实验结果表明合成最佳工艺条件为n(水杨酸)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶2.0,微波功率为微波炉“中低”档(40%)151W,辐射时间45 s,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的2%,产率可达96.9%(重结晶产率可达92.1%)。

Abstract:Aspirin was synthesized by microwave radiation, using salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as raw materials and anhydrous sodium bicarbonate as a catalyst. The optimal condition aspirin was synthesized by molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic acid anhydride was 1:2.0, the time of radiation was 45s, the weight of anhydrous sodium bicarbonate was 2% of salicylic acid ,The yield was over 92.1%. The method was of characteristic of easy operation control and high yield.
