摘    要:分别以3-氨基苯甲酸甲酯和3-溴基苯甲酸甲酯为起始原料,经过水合肼的肼解、DMF-DMA(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二甲基缩醛)的氨基保护、关环等制备了一系列新的3,4-取代的1,2,4]三唑衍生物,并通过1H NMR对其进行结构表征及HPLC对目标化合物进行纯度分析。上述路线反应条件温和、无须色谱柱分离、更适合工业化生产。

Abstract:A series of new 3, 4-substituted1, 2, 4]-triazole derivatives were prepared from 3-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester and 3-bromobenzoic acid methyl ester by hydrazinolysis of hydrazine hydrate, amino protection of DMF-DMA, ring closing, respectively. The structure of the derivatives was characterized by 1H NMR and the purity of the target compounds was analyzed by HPLC. The reaction conditions of the above route are mild, without chromatographic column separation and more suitable for industrial production.
