| 摘 要： | 正义是一个古老的命题,功利主义者常常因其对待正义或公正这一问题的态度而受到指责,现代正义巨擘罗尔斯从三个方面对功利主义的原则作了系统的批评,面对罗尔斯的批评,准则功利主义者布兰特作了有力的反驳,并对罗尔斯的正义原则合理性问题提出了置疑,同时提出了自己关于正义问题的合理主张。

| Abstract: | Justice was an ancient proposition, the utilitarianism is frequently accused just because of its manner of treatment about justice or fair. The modern justice thumb Rolles made the systematic criticism on the utilitarianism principle from three aspects. Facing Rolles's criticism, rule utilitarianism Brandt has made powerful retort and doubted Rolles's justice reasonable principle, simultaneously proposed his own reasonable position about the justice. |
