| 摘 要： | 生物科学作为自然科学的六大基础学科之一，在学校教育中占有重要的地位，但是，由于种种原因，中学生物师资力量却相对薄弱，本文从现代生命科学的发展、教育改革的现状以及中学生物学师资 现存的主要问题等方面进行了分析，为知识经济时代生物师资 水平的提高，提供一定的依据和思路。

| Abstract: | The science of biology, one of the six basic disciplines of science of nature, plays a very important role in the education. However, bacause of many reasons, the faculty on the science of Biology in middle schools is relatively weak. This essay provides some rules and guidances for providing the level of faculty in knowledge economy times through analyzing the aspects of the development of modern life science, the situation of educational reform and the main problems in the education on biology and the faculty in middle school nowadays. |
