| 摘 要： | 从计算机网络多媒体的角度，分析了多媒体元素中最关键、最难处理的视频数据处理问题，依据视频编／解码方法提出了“流式视频”处理的机理。并基于 Ｍ ｏｔｉｏｎ＿ Ｊ Ｐ Ｅ Ｇ 和 Ｍ Ｐ Ｅ Ｇ 编码器，分析实现了“流式视频”的网络实时通信，在实际应用中得到满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Based on computer network multimedia,a question of video data of the most key and hard handling in elements of multimedia is analyzed,the principle of stream video handling is put forward according to means of video CODEC.According to Motion JPEG and MPEG encoder,real time communication of stream video is analyzed and realized in network communication,the results are satisfactory in practice application. |
