便携式TSP采样器的设计

摘    要:应市场需求设计了一款便携式TSP采样器,该采样器采用增强型51内核的单片机STCl2C5A60S2作为控制器,定制段式大屏幕液晶显示,24位模数转换芯片HX711与差压传感器M1210配合检测流量.并利用流量偏差信号控制抽气泵,实现自动恒流采样。经使用,证明该采样器具有功能强、操作简单、便于携带、性能稳定的特点。

Abstract:A portable type TSP sampler is designed according to the market demand. The sam- pler uses STC12CSA60S2, an enhanced 51 core SCM as controller, customized section type large screen LCD as displayer. Automatic constant flow sampling is achieved with using the chip of HXT1 l, a 24 bit A/D converter, and M1210, a differential pressure sensor, and uses the flow dif- ferential signal to control the air pump.
