| 摘 要： | 定义了“成本单元”方法及其相关概念和运算法则,初步建立了其理论框架.针对降低成本这一复杂任务,探讨了用“成本单元”法描述设计阶段降低产品成本的过程,提出了基于“成本单元”的降低产品成本过程的建模策略,通过实例说明了“成本单元”法在降低产品成本中的应用.

| Abstract: | A method called as cost-element is presented with its coherent concepts and operational rules, also its theory framework is established preliminarily. Based on the analysis of the task of cost reduction, the process of cost reduction during product design phase described by cost-element method is discussed, then cost-element oriented strategy for modeling the process of cost reduction is proposed. Finally, a case study shows the application of cost-element method in cost reduction. |
