| 摘 要： | 文章借鉴国内外学者对可达性研究的基础,界定了城市公共交通可达性的概念.根据西藏拉萨市公共交通的类别进行了现状分析,建立了城市公共交通可达性的评价指标体系,并将该体系应用于拉萨市公共交通做出各项指标的定量评估,其中对服务质量采用模糊综合评价法进行了评价.文章还针对拉萨市未来城市和人口规模,提出了拉萨市的公共交通发展对策.

| Abstract: | Prajna is the basis of Mahayana Buddhism.Madhyamika is the peak of the development of Prajna.Although Chi-tsang and Tsongkhapa,two Buddhist master,lived in different time and areas,they both marked the theoretical level of Prajna Madhyamika thoughts of Buddhism.It helps to reveal the different evolution paths of Buddhist Madhyamika thoughts in Han＇s and Tibetan Buddhism. |
