| 摘 要： | 本文对16锭金属丝高速编织机单机噪声进行了测试,对其噪声源进行了频谱分析,并提出了一套治理方案.治理后编织机噪声达到了国家噪声劳动卫生标准的有关要求、以及国际标准组织(IS0)N—80噪声评价曲线的要求.

| Abstract: | This paper records the results of the measurement which the writer has done of the noise of a 16-spindle high-speed metal wire knitting machine, analyses the frenquency band of the source of noise and comes up with a set of control measures. As a result of these measures, the noise of the machine is low enough to meet relavent requirements of the country's labour health standard under noisy conditions and also that of the ISO's N-80 curve of noise iudgement. |
