| 摘 要： | 传统的住宅小区管理不仅满足不了居民日益提高对小区管理的要求,并且要耗费大量的人力物力,管理效果不理想。新兴的住宅小区智能化管理系统虽有较为成型的管理模式,有待于尽一步完善。从安全防范系统、信息网络系统及物业管理系统三个方面介绍了住宅小区智能化系统的构成。根据国家标准和地方的标准规定,结合小区工程实际,提出了住宅小区智能化系统的一整套解决方案。已求提高住宅的附加值,为住户提供一个安全、便捷、高效、管理自动化的数字化网络社区。

| Abstract: | The traditional residence district management not only could not satisfy the requirement of the inhabitant but also consume a lot of manpower and material,its management is not ideal.Although the new residence district intelligentized management system has a relatively mature management model,but it should be perfected further.This paper introduces the formation of the residence district intelligentized system from three aspects: security defence system,information network system and material management system.According to the national and local standard and connecting the district project,a set of solution of the residence district intelligentized system is suggested.It will improve the residence's annex value,provide a security, convenience,high efficiency,automatic management digital network community. |
