| 摘 要： | 高校校园文化建设,是高校精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是高校实施“人才工程”的有力保障。文章从建设有序的校园文化,建设有中国特色的校园文化,建设适应人才培养需要的校园文化三个层面,阐述了校园文化的内涵,总结了校园文化对教育发展的重要作用与意义。

| Abstract: | The construction of campus culture is an important integral part of the spiritual and civilization construction of universities,which is a forceful safeguard of the "talent project". This article explores the connotations of campus culture from three aspects:constructing an orderly campus culture,constructing a campus culture with Chinese characteristics, and constructing a campus culture suitable to the talents training. It generalizes the importance and significances of the campus culture to the educational development. |
