N-邻羟苯基氨基酸酯亚胺化合物的合成、表征及抑菌活性

摘    要:以水杨醛与氨基酸酯为原料通过Schiff碱缩合反应合成了六种水杨醛缩氨基酸酯,并采用红外、核磁对其结构进行确认表征.生物活性测试表明,N-邻羟苯基亮氨酸酯对白色念株菌的抑菌活性最强,N-邻羟苯基苯丙氨酸酯对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性最强,N-邻羟苯基甘氨酸酯对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强.此结果说明,氨基酸酯结构的不同是导致抑菌活性不同的根本原因.

Abstract:A series of o-hydroxyphenyl amino acid ester imines were designed and synthesized.The products were obtained by the condensation of Salicylaldehyde with amino acid ester.The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR,1HNMR.The antibacterial activity experiments indicated that these compounds resistanted different bacterial to different degree.The result of preliminary bioassay showed that at 0.01% mass concentration the inhibitory rate against Monilia albican of the o-hydroxyphenyl Leucine ester...
