新型磷酸酯两性表面活性剂的合成与性能研究

摘    要:采用环氧氯丙烷、磷酸二氢钠和十二叔胺为原料合成磷酸酯甜菜碱两性表面活性剂。探讨最佳合成工艺条件,并研究了产品的表面张力、临界胶柬浓度、泡沫稳定性等表面性能。实验结果表明:在最佳合成工艺条件下,表面张力为27.3mN·m^-1,临界胶束浓度cmc为5.3×10^-4mol·L^-1,泡沫高度及泡沫稳定性最好。

Abstract:Phosphatebetaine amphoterie surfactant was synthesized by using epichlorohydrin, NaH2PO4 and alkyl tertiary amine as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions were studied, and the suffacetension, critical micelle concentration, foam stability and other related properties of the product were tested. The results showed that: the surfacetension was 27.3mN.m^-1, critical micelle concentration cmc was 5.3×10^-4mol.L^-1, the height and stability of the foam were fine under the optimum reaction conditions.
