高水平武术套路运动员大赛Choking现象个案研究

对一名高水平武术套路运动员在全国锦标赛期间心理因素进行了深入、动态和细致的研究.研究认为：该运动员发生Choking现象的主要原因是在过强的自我意识和心理高压的影响下产生了认知焦虑、躯体焦虑、自信心焦虑和社会焦虑,并对比赛效能感产生了严重的负影响,导致比赛失误.最后通过本个案研究提出Choking突变模型,对预测比赛成绩和指导运动员大赛前的心理提出了建议.

A Case Study of Choking Phenomenon of a High-level Wushu Routine Athlete in Big Games

Through a deep, dynamic and careful case study of the psychological factors of a high-level Wushu routine athlete in the national championship, it is found that too strong self-consciousness and psychologi- cal pressure can cause Choking phenomenon which is reflected by cognitive anxiety, body anxiety, self-confi- dence anxiety and social anxiety and produces negative effect on match efficacy and then results in the final fail- ure. The Choking mutation model presented in this paper can help predict competition results and help give ath- letes psychological guidance before big games.
