摘    要:目的研究汽轮机、NO_x压缩机、空气压缩机联动试车时应该注意的问题,为机组的顺利开车做好准备工作。方法做好准备工作,运行时调整各项参数符合要求,确认机械性能合格,安装质量合格。结果详细讨论了机组联接中的各项参数关系以及应该注意的突发情况。结论对于"四合一"机组安装情况的分析与讨论,为提高机组的安装效率,缩短安装调试周期,实现设备潜能发挥最大化,提高HNO_3产量,获得更大经济效益无疑具有指导作用。

Abstract:Purposes-To study the problems during the linkage commissioning of turbines, NOx compressors, air compressor and other equipment and to prepare for the smooth operation of the unit.MethodsAfter being ready to work, adjust parameters to meet the requirements at runtime, then confirm whether the mechanical properties and installation quality are qualified or not.ResultsThe relationship between the parameters of the unit connections and the emergency situations that should be considered are discussed in detail herein.ConclusionIt is no doubt that the analysis and discussion of the installation of "four in one" unit have a guiding role in improving the installation efficiency of the unit, shortening the installation and debugging cycle, maximizing the potential of the equipment, increasing the production of HNO3, and obtaining greater economic benefits.
