| 摘 要： | 工业工程专业是一门工程技术与管理科学相结合的交叉学科，介绍了工业工程学科的发展及其特性，分析了我国工业工程专业发展的现状，提出了地方院校培养应用型工业工程人才的培养目标，探索了建立应用型人才培养体系的一些措施。

| Abstract: | Industrial Engineering(IE)specialty is a intersection science combined with technology and management.This paper introduces its development and its characteristics,analyzes the current education situation of IE specialty in China and presents the training objective for local colleges and universities.Finally,some measures are explored to establish a training system for IE applied talent. |
