| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一个统一的二维轴对称焊接残余应力场的简化计算模型。运用该模型分析了几种不同条件下的焊接残余应力场,与实验结果基本相符,说明了该模型能够综合反映轴对称焊接应力场的形成机理、分布特征和主要影响因素,可用于工程估算和焊接结构的教学。

| Abstract: | A unified simple model is proposed in this paper for the computation of 2-D ax-isymmetrical residual stresses of welding. Several stress fields under different conditions are analysed with this model, which are in agreement with those obtained by the experiments. It is shown that the model depicts comprehensively the formation mechanisms, the distribution features, and the influence factors on the axisymmetrical residual stresses of welding and could be applicable for the engineering evaluation and the course teaching of welded structures. |
