| 摘 要： | 本实验室从上海地区的活性污泥中分离得到能使甘油转化产生1，3-丙二醇的细菌，经过初步筛选和GC-MS分析鉴定，得到一株转化率较高的菌株，随后对其发酵条件和培养基成分进行初步的探索，确定了较为优化的培养基配方．此菌株的甘油转化率达到47．3％．

| Abstract: | According to its ability to synthesize 1,3-propanediol from glycerol, a species was isolated from the anoxic mud. The product of glycerol conversion was identified using GC-MS. The most active strain was able to convert up to 40 g/L of glycerol to 25. 8 g/L 1,3-propanediol in 96hr. The optimal conditions of fermentation were investigated. The yield of 1,3-propanediol was up to 47.3 %. |
