抓基层,强基础,推进教育信息化国际化

为全面提高华北科技学院本科教育教学质量,推动教育信息化和教育国际化的建设,提出了"一体两翼双引擎"的教学发展思路,"一体"即全面提高本科教育教学质量,推进教育现代化;"两翼"即信息化、国际化;"双引擎"即抓基层、强基础。其核心就是要抓好以教研室为代表的基层教学组织建设,强化本科教学基础地位、提高本科人才培养综合能力、加强本科教学条件建设;以信息化为翼,加强校园网络的平台建设,积极推进MOOCs、精品课程、网络课程、虚拟实验等课程的建设与应用;以国际化为翼,加强国际交流合作,引进优质教育资源,创新人才培养模式,不断推进学校的信息化和国际化的建设进程。

Advancing of the Informatization and Internationalization of Education by Grasping Grass Roots Units and Strengthening the Fundamental Status of Undergraduate Teaching

In order to comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate education and teaching in North China Institute of Science and Technology（ NCIST）,advance the construction of informatization and internationalization of education,the teaching development ideas of ＂An entity,two wings and two engines＂is put forward,with the entity referring to comprehensively improving the quality of undergraduate education and teaching,two wings referring to informatization and internationalization,and two engines referring to concerning the foundation and strengthening grass roots. Its core is firstly to grasp the construction of the basic teaching organizations represented by teaching and research sections,to strengthen the fundamental status of undergraduate teaching,to improve comprehensive ability of undergraduate talents and to enhance the construction of undergraduate teaching conditions. Secondly,taking informatization as a wing,it requires to strengthen the construction of campus network, and to actively promote curriculum construction and application about MOOCs,excellent course,network course and Virtual experiment. Thirdly,taking internationalization as a wing,it requires to strengthen the international exchanges and cooperation,to introduce high quality educational resources,to innovate personnel training mode and to constantly advance the building process of the informatization and internationalization of NCIST.
