煤矿高标准瓦斯管理技术与实践研究

摘    要:当前瓦斯事故多数是管理原因所致.潞安矿业集团公司利用安全工程学的系统原理、控制论原理、重点控制原理、人本原理、事故预测预防原理和经济学原理,提出了高标准瓦斯管理的理论,将瓦斯管理归纳为"33.36.19"结构体系,实施了"低瓦斯矿井按高瓦斯管理、高瓦斯矿井高标准管理",实现了矿区的瓦斯安全.使全公司所辖矿井瓦斯管理水平普遍得到提高,取得了显著的瓦斯治理效果,杜绝了瓦斯灾害事故的发生,并取得了巨大的经济和社会效益.其管理理念、理论、方法和技术对煤炭行业的其他矿区具有重要的推广和借鉴价值.

Abstract:At present,most of the gas accidents are caused by the administration.Lu'an Mining Group Company made use of the systematic principles of safety engineering,the principle of control theory,the principle of important control,the principle of man first,the principle of accidents forecasting and prevention and economics principle to put forward the principle of high standard gas administration,to include gas administration in the structure system of "33.36.19",to carry on the way of administrating low gas mines according to the rule of high gas mines and administrating high gas mines according to the rule of high standard and realize the gas safety in coal mines.This improved the gas administration level of the mines sponsored by the company,achieved obvious effect of gas administration,avoided the gas accidents and got great social and economic interests.The administration concept,theory,method and technology have important values of spreading and being used for references for other mines of coal industry.
