不同强度运动对大鼠肾脏皮质区 NOS、Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响

摘    要:采用跑台训练方式,建立了大鼠有氧运动和疲劳运动模型,运用免疫组织化学SABC法研究不同运动强度对大鼠肾脏皮质区nNOSi、NOS、eNOS和Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响.结果显示,与对照组比较,有氧训练组nNOSi、NOS、eNOS分别升高了9.1%、11.1%(P<0.05)、33.3%(P<0.05);疲劳训练组分别升高了18.2%、22.2%(P<0.05)、66.7%(P<0.05);Bcl-2/Bax的表达在有氧运动组明显升高(升高了135.0%),在疲劳运动组略有降低(降低了8.8%).不同强度运动大鼠肾脏皮质区NOS的表达均有升高,显示运动诱导NO的生成增加;Bcl-2/Bax在肾脏皮质区的表达受运动强度的影响显著,大强度运动可引起Bax显著表达,Bcl-2表达减少,Bax/Bcl-2的比率增加,表明大强度运动可促进大鼠肾脏皮质区的细胞凋亡,且与NO大量生成有关.

Abstract:To study the effects of different exercises on the cortex of kidney cell apoptosis in rats,male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups including the normal group,aerobic training group and haustive exercise group and the animal models were established by using the run platform.The effects of different exercises intensity on expression of nNOS,iNOS,eNOS and Bcl-2/Bax in the cortex of kidney cell apoptosis of rats in each group were observed by using the way of SABC about immunohistochemistry.The following results were obtained.Comparison with control group on nNOS,iNOS and eNOS,the aerobic training group increased in 9.1%,11.1%(P<(0.05)),33.3%(P<0.05),respectively;the tired training group increased in 18.2%,22.2%(P<0.05),66.7%(P<0.05),respectively;The expression of Bcl-2/Bax in the aerobic training group obviously increased in 135.0%,slightly reduced in the haustive exercise group in 8.8%.The results mentioned above indicating for different intensity training,the expression of the kidney cortex district NOS increases,consequently,the formulation of NO enhanced;Bcl-2/Bax expression in cortex of area is obviously affected by intensity of movement.Reducing in expression amount of Bcl-2 albumen and increasing in ratio of Bax to Bcl-2 show that apoptosis of kidney cortical area is enhanced by great movement,and formation of NO.
