枸杞组织培养的培养基配方优化试验

摘    要:通过对枸杞组织培养的培养基部分成分的改换,发现用普通白砂糖代替蔗糖、自来水代替重蒸水、回收琼脂代替实验用试剂级琼脂,并去掉肌醇,对枸杞分化苗的增殖、生根无明显影响,可大幅度降低枸杞组培苗的成本.

Abstract:The study changed some elements of the culture medium wolfberry ( Lycium barbarum L. ) tissue culture and discovered, by ordinary sugar replaced sucrose, tap water replaced re-distilled water, the recover agar from the used culture medium insteaded of reagent degree agar, and took out myo-inositol didn't obviously effect the reproduce of differentiation young plant and the induction frequency of root. It can reduce by a big margin costs of the culture young plant.
