国际化背景下旅游专业人才培养对策

旅游业的国际化趋势对旅游教育的人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。如何寻找对策，突破传统，探索新路，努力培养适应国际化旅游业发展的旅游管理高素质人才成了当前旅游教育亟待解决的重大课题。本文针对国际化背景下旅游人才的素质要求和国际化旅游人才的培养对策进行了探讨。

Tourism Talent Cultivation Strategy Under the Background of Internationalization

The development trends of internationalization of tourism has brought new challenges to tourism education in terms of talent-cultivating model. How to break though form the traditional tourism education and develop an effective strategy to cultivate tourism talents with high qualification so as to meet the demands of internationalized tourism has become a major subject which requires immediate attention and implementation. This thesis has discussed the qualifications required for high-level tourism talents and the cultivation strategy under the background of internationalization.
