| 摘 要： | 不平衡报价是指一个工程项目总价基本确定后，通过调整内部各分部分项的综合单价构成，以期既不提高总价，不影响中标，又能在结算时获得更多的额外的经济效益的投标报价方法。总结了在工程量清单招投标过程中，产生不平衡报价的几个原因，并对这些原因进行了分析，提出了招投标过程中防止不平衡报价的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The uneven quotation is formed through adjusting the price of each unit or each part of the construction project after its total price has been set,hoping for gaining more economic benefits without raising the total price,thus not to influence winning a bid. This paper analyzes the reasons for the uneven quotation in the project amount inventory bid and proposes some counter-measures to prevent it. |
