| 摘 要： | 山茱萸是一种非常有价值的木本药用植物,但是其种子的休眠已经严重影响了山茱萸产业的发展,本文从山茱萸种子的种皮结构、胚的发育、内源抑制物三个方面对山茱萸休眠原因进行了论述;从破环山茱萸种皮结构、层积和激素三个方面对休眠的解除方法进行了论述。在此指明了今后山茱萸种子休眠的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Macrocarpium Officinalis Nakai is a kind of valuable medicinal wood plant, But the seed dormancy has seriously affected the cornel industry development.The causes of seed dormancy of Macrocarpium officinale were discussed,by testa structure,embryo development, endogenous inhibitor; From breaking the coat structure ,stratification and hormone on the three aspects of dormancy relieving method are discussed. Finally pointed out the future research direction of Macrocarpium officinalis seed dormancy. |
